Dr. Hang Le offers a one-time “free” specialized in-office consultation for patients who have received a diagnosis or treatment plan elsewhere and want a professional second opinion.

Requirements for Complimentary Visit

To provide this service at no cost to you, we require your current dental records, Please provide the following:

• Current X-rays: Please have your previous office email your recent (Less than 6 months old) digital X-rays to info@myfairfaxdental.com prior to your visit.

• Previous Diagnosis: A copy of the treatment plan or diagnosis provided by your other dentist.

If these records are not available or older than 6 months, Dr. Le cannot provide a free clinical second opinion. In cases where records are missing, a standard diagnostic fee will apply for new X-rays taken in our office.

The Easy Way to Get Your X-rays

Most dental offices can email your records to you or us within minutes. Simply call your current dental office and provide this instruction:

“Please email my recent full-resolution digital X-rays and my treatment plan to info@myfairfaxdental.com so I can have them reviewed.”

Here are some scenarios in which a 2nd Opinion can be expected:

1. A patient has been given a major diagnosis, such as possible oral cancer.
2. A patient has had previous dental work done which didn’t fix their problem.
3. A patient is unsure if the treatment is really necessary or the cost of treatment.
4. A patient has doubts that the dentist can treat their condition.
5. A patient doesn’t feel like they were given any other treatment options.
